Family Photos

These photos are from our Family Photo session. I encourage formal family portraits to go along with the casual photos we all take. In earlier days when few people had cameras, formal family photos seemed more common than today. These photos were beautiful documents for ancestors to cherish. In my case, I was so disappointed when I searched and could not find a photo of my myself with my mom, dad and 3 brothers.
I really wished there was one, I would have used it in the book I was writing about my mom, and it would have served as a record to share with future generations. This experience made me realize that we should learn from our ancestors on how to document our family.
