Ever since Jack and Trevor met, they have been talking about going to Egypt. The kids, Skyler and Zoey also wanted to go. Kelly and I decided if so many people want to go, this  was the year to do it. Timing is everything and given the fact there was a tumultuous uprising of the government a few years after, we were glad we were able to see all the beauty and history when we did.
