In October Trevor and I, along with my 2 brothers, Tom and Steve planned a visit to Cape Cod to surprise Pete for his 65th birthday.  However, unfortunately before the birthday he had to have emergency surgery, so we flew in early to see him before and after surgery. He came through like the trooper he is. Trevor and I went to visit some relatives and to a wedding in Long Island during this trip. The east coast was beautiful in October, and it was particularly wonderful to have everyone there to cheer Pete on.
